Litespeed has joined the 29er revolution with the Cohutta. It is a deceptive bike, the over sized tubes almost make this 29er look like a 26″ bike when viewed by itself. But make no mistake, this is a 29″ race bike for those who love titanium and want a frame to last a lifetime.
Some of the details:
- The Cohutta has the BB30 press-in bottom bracket.
- 1.5″ straight head tube (gives the welder more room to work and makes the difficult ti frame tube mitering a tiny bit less complicated).
- The frame is designed to work with 80-120mm travel forks.
- The Cohutta has oversized 29er specific titanium frame tubes for rigidity.
